Children born on these dates, and in fact, all born on days that make the numbers “four” and “eight” especially in both January and up to February 22nd, should be treated with great consideration and sympathy, any rough treatment or harshness being absolutely wrong for their mental development. Such minds are so sensitive that they feel everything acutely. Being peculiarly secretive, and undemonstrative, they are unable to express themselves and are easily misunderstood.
