Second finger–
Much longer than the third finger— Morbidity interfering with the success of the subject in art, literature or money making.
Equal to the third finger—gambling disposition.
Shorter than the third finger—a disposition to take desperate risks; foolhardy enterprises, amounting almost to insanity.
THIRD FINGER.
Much longer than the first finger—Love of art, but no ambition to sustain it and bring about results.
Equal to the first finger—Great desire for fame and riches.
Shorter than the first finger—Ambition blinds the subject as to his real (small) merit.
THIRD FINGER.
Much longer than the second finger—Taking desperate risks.
Equal to the second finger—Gambling instincts fully developed.
